"Future Availability of this Rate" Button
I wanted to post on something I have found to be pretty useful when trying to book a room on the marriott website.
I first discovered it when I was trying to locate availability when using MR free stay. It seems to work with other rate codes SOMETIMES though (i.e.TZO for Travelzoo or M11 Marriott Rewards Member rate). If you cannot locate a room available at the rate you entered you can check future availability either 2,3, or 4 weeks from your date. You can also check alternate properties in teh area. A calender pops up showing if the rate is available on that date.
I wish it worked a little differently (like you didn't have to select the hotel property first) but it seems like a helpful tool when you plans are flexible or you a re looking for a specific rate.
BTW for those of you looking for GOVT rates on specific dates it seems to work well for that too.
