I really enjoy Liz and bagels on hotel buffets. The one at the st Louis union station Marriott are always good. Also at the oak brook hills property in the west suburbs of Chicago.

I believe the Dulles Marriott uses Santa Barbara Smokehouse Atlantique Smoked Salmon, if you're interested. Some of their products pop up at Costco from time to time, not sure about this particular one.
