I thought it was something that was always done at every Marriott, but didn't see any (and I looked) at either the Courtyard Orlando Airport or the Marriott Orlando Downtown during a recent stay. Was I wrong in assuming the cards are put in every room all the time?

So like Marriott. THe housekeeping staff will make sure you have clean towels and sheets but if a light in your room doesn't work or there is no "Do not Disturb Sign" or no little notepad to take a telephone # down on those are the things that do not seem to be on the "checklist" they have of things to do in the room.
