Non-Commissionable Rate

Just wondering if people have come across a Non-Commissionable Rate before and what does it exactly mean??

Our company gets a great discount and was just used it for the first time and noticed in the booking the Non-Commissionable Rate comment and was wondering if that just meant Travel Agents don't get comped on it OR worse that I won't get Marriott Rewards points on it!

I am concerned because I no longer get Frequent Flyer Miles on my Hertz rentals due to our "killer rate".

Government rates are non-commissionable which means that travel agents don't get commissions. Marriott still gives points for those stays. (Of course you don't get Marriott Rewards credit for Priceline stays but they're special).
