Marriott VP comments on cutbacks in services
In the USA today (April 24) in the money section there is an article regarding "Hotel Industry Upbeat About Comeback." What caught my eye was a comment made by Senior Vice President Laura Paugh, "We made a concerted effort not to cut anything we felt was valued by our guests."
So what items were not valued by you?

In the 2-3 months post 9/11 the cutbacks were widespread and impacted all travelers (particularly biz travellers at the full service properties) however things seem to be pretty much back to normal--with lots of bonus points to boot.
