Ordered Wrong Reward Certificate - What To Do?
I used the automated feature to order a certificate, but it was the wrong one. I ordered a 012 (1 night at level 2), what I need is a cert for 1 night at a level 4. Will Marriott exchange? Or, can you use two "wrong" certificates that are equivalent mileage?

Yes, you will have to mail the certificate back to Marriott (ask MR for address). They will credit your account with the appropriate points for a $15 or $20 fee (I forget which of the two it is). And of course you can order the other certificate you need.
