Marriot Gift Cheques
I currently have $800 worth, unfortunately, my stays will be with mostly Starwood since I will be lucky to maintain Platinum with them. These are the same gift cheques that you would get from 1800giftcertificates.com or from volume buy. I'll entertain any reasonable offers.

I am in the same shoes as you...the best place to sell your certificates where you will receive about 90% for them is eBay. This is where I will sell my excess GiftCheques because I am heading for Starwood, as well.
You will not have any problems selling them on eBay. You will not even need to post a picture of them because the bidders will already know what they look like.

90% on eBay seems a bit high, especially since (until recently) you could buy them from a real company for that discount, without taking on the risk of non-delivery by the seller.
I've bought about $4,000 of certificates and upgrades on eBay this year, and my average discount runs 25-50% off the face value.
Contact me, since I'll probably be bidding for them on eBay if you post them.
