Thanks for the good info on Palm Cove baglady. I am Gold, so hopefully I can get upgraded.
One interesting thing about the airport shuttle: I noticed when i booked the award stay on-line, there was a $10 charge for the shuttle in the room description. I plan on renting a car, so hopefully they will not charge me for this. Not a big deal really (only about US$5).
