Are there any online reward programs affilliated with Marriott?

There are many. Let's see: Mypoints, Clickrewards, Altavista (through Clickrewards), Trocamania, and probably a couple more for points.
If you want Gift Certificates, you can get them from a ton of places because Mariott GCs are available from 800giftcertificate.com, and a lot of rewards programs contract with 800giftcertificates.com for rewards. Let's see: Freeride, Beenz, Milesource, Minrak, Suzykats, Trocamania, Powerdime (if you use a Webcertificate), and Funnymoney off the top of my head.
Of all the hotel chains, they've got by far the most connections with online rewards programs. Just look around and see which place is going to give you the best deal.
