Forgive my ignorance, but as a Platinum Marquis member who stays almost entirely at Marriott-brand hotels, I know nothing about free local calls. Is that a perk that will be available now? What are the rules?

It seems that the free phone calls are only to be at Fairfield, Courtyard, and Springhill.

bdschobel: you haven't been missing out. No free local calls at "regular" Marriott for Marquis members.
