E-mail to nowhere?

I've found over the last nine months that my e-mail to Marriott never gets answered. Presently, about 10 messages are unanswered. Anyone have any similar problems?

I had a couple of responses back in February
but not much since.
I haven't had any answers to the last several
emails or missing miles messages from the
web site (or the package I sent either).

Missing miles and stays.

I last got an answer from:

Marriott has failed miserably in answering most of my e-mail so I use my prepaid phone call and call Salt Lake City (where Rewards is based to talk to a live person.)

I sent them an email on 5/25 which they responded me to on 5/27. This was concerning the Marquis bonus being expanded to renaissance, where I suggested that they include Fairfield Inns and Courtyard also.

Mmmm... I imagine you went through the standard e-mail provided at their web site?

FWIW, sent email two different times, both times got an appropriate reply, but it took 2-3 weeks in each case.

I had the same problem as EMD; got a quick reply from Katie Harris in SLC. She got the name change resolved and had a new card issued...got it within 2 weeks.

Thanks. I'll try to be patient or maybe try faxing when I get a chance!
