ClickRewards, it seems, is 'in-bed' with everybody. They are offering this triple promotion with almost all of their partners, including Continental, American, British Air, Delta, Northwest, United, and USAirways.
Just use the proper URL for the appropriate bonus plan that you want to join, ie: put AA3x at the end for American, CA3x for Continental, BA3x for British, etc, etc.
