Raf customer issues???
Today I sat down for my daily (actually multiple times/day) awardwallet refresh. I saw that I had gained 2000 MR points for RAF CUSTOMER ISSUES. Does anyone have any idea what this means. I had a couple of stays last week without any issues. I also completed a survey that was stellar. Any ideas?
