Changing date of Chase e-cert award

Has anyone tried to do this? I believe that the cert is awarded on the aniversary of when you opened your account. Unfortunately for me, this is the dead of winter when I'm not doing much traveling so sometimes I find it hard to use before it expires.

Do you mean extend the expiration date of one of these certs, or permanently change the issue date of them each year? If there's a way to get the issue date permanently changed I'd love that! Thanks ...

+1. My anniversary date is late in the summer typically after we have taken our vacation. It would be great to have it at the beginning of the summer so we could use the night for one of our overnight transit stops on the way to the beach.
