Cyber Monday
Hi,
Did not see this posted anywhere if so mods please delete.
Marriott is holding, as it seems from the description, a cyber monday sale at cancun properties
99 usd for the Marriott
179 usd for the JW
With upgrade and 50 usd resort credit.
Not a bad deal in my opinion.
Regards,

besaun mate,
please be more descriptive next time. Post the coupon or rate code. Have to book till the end of today:
Book your next stay vacation at the CASAMAGNA MARRIOTT CANCUN and pay only $99/night plus get a $50 resort credit and free room upgrade. Valid for travel Feb. 16, 2012 - March 31, 2012, Taxes not included, blackout dates may apply. To book enter promotional code D50
also 2 nights minimum which kind of kills the deal. With gc and lnf I got this hotel for $60, so in essence $25 off per day, or $75 per night. OK savings, nothing superb.

besunman, thanks for sharing. Your fellow FTers appreciate it.
On a dif note, I don't really see most people going to a Cancun resort for 1 night only so not sure I agree that a 2-night minimum 'kills the deal'.
Cheers.

sure does.
I would make a number of 1 night stays to get more 50USD credits. As this is once per stay. I would also pick up more Cert4s. So definitely a better deal if it does not have the 2 night restriction.
Thats how I did it last year with the $100 BB in IAD area.
I have 8 ressies one after another. 4 in my name 4 in GF name. 4 Cat4s + 8 $100 BBs.
Next month did the same and got another $800 BBS + 4 Cat4s.
If Cancun Marriott did this I would have booked it for sure.
