return of hotel certificate
I have a 7 night cat. 1-5 hotel certificate that is part of the code 830N rewards package that I will not be able to use. I know in the past Marriott issued a paper hotel reward certificate and if you could not use the 7 night hotel stay, you could return the certificate and get a partial credit to your Marriott rewards account. Is it still possible to get a partial credit for the unused 7 days? Thank you.

They really nail you on the points when you return it. They will extend it a year if you call and request. Do you have that option? Some have said they have been able to get it extended twice.
