Promotion Clash

Promotion Clash
I have enrolled in 2 Marriott promotions, both offering 1 free night after 2 paid stays...
the first is for reservations between 1st June and 31st August
the second is for 1st July to 30th September
So they are both running throughout July....
how will this work? will any stays count towards the first offer (up to 4) then move to the second promo? what if I make 3 stays before the end of August (on the first promo) but then take a 4th night in September (in the second promo) - will i get the 2 days then ?

I suspect they will exist concurrently - so two stays will probably get you two free nights (lucky you!), with regards to timing though - you'd need enough stays in each period, but if your stays are focused in August you'd be fine. I suspect you are better asking MR for a definative answer though as anything said here is pure speculation.
PS: Already discussed this here, as I got it too (Though in my case its a free stays and a free points offer so its clearer they would co-exist.);

I have contacted MR and..... during the overlap I will get credits to both promotions per stay

I am in the same position so should get quite a few free nights out of it ^

I'm in the same boat as you guys. I was totally surprised to see that the rewards were able to be completed concurrently. But if Marriott allows it, then I'm all for it.
On the other hand, I've been reading that their quarterly offer for EEs is being reduced as far as timeline goes. Maybe that's one of the reasons we're seeing so many points offers ATM.
