Status allowed for Spouse
Most of my travel occurs with my wife and we had platimum status (this year downgraded to gold). Although we travel together the marriott account is in my name.
Next month my wife want to stay in London, if I book the room using my accounts but she stays with her mother, is she entitled to the benefits? Executive Lounge specifically.
Thanks

For those who don't know, I think the answer is put your wife's name on the ressie or something like that.

Last month my wife stayed at the Courtyard for a whole week on my MRW points. The booking was in her name but because I'm Platinum she did get free Internet the whole week. Not sure whether this also extends to Lounge access in Marriott/Renaissance as it was a Courtyard.

technically they dont have to, and if she stays on paid stays, she's also not allowed pts or nts credit towards your account if you're not staying there. But with that said, it's happened where friends or family has stayed using my status and got everything (even upgrade) but from what i was told the properties dont have to give the benefits.
