Bonus Points not posting?
Had a 1 nt stay at a SHS last Thursday that had a 2,000 bonus points tied to the booking. Everything else has credited: night credit, 25% gold bonus, standard points, and my marriott rewards stay credit except for the the 2,000 bonus points.
Is this a hotel or Marriott Rewards issue?

Call customer service and they will look into it for you and post accordingly!
