Marriott End of Year?
I’ve seen a couple of threads but I’m not finding a definitive answer.
Does Marriott work on a calendar year? I ended 2010 with 47 nights and my plan is to rollover 37 nights and get platinum this year. I have the Marriott CC so I get 15 nights just for having the card which should give me immediate gold in 2011.
Looking at my account it still shows 47 nights this year and 3 more to get gold. I don’t want to hit gold based on last years stay since I won’t have any carryover and I’d have to do all of the nights to reach platinum.
Does anyone know how this actually works with Marriott?
Thanks in advance.

Some other threads said it takes abotu 10 days to see the rollovers. (They do work on a calendar year. You are locked at the 47 days and should roll the 37 as you expect.)

Perfect! Thank you! I tried to call them but they were closed for the night.
