Does VISA cert count towards MegaBonus?

Does VISA cert count towards MegaBonus?
I have a VISA Premier free night cert that expires on 1/12, and I need 2 nights to complete the current MegaBonus. Does the cert night count? Or, do I need to stay a total of 3 nights (2 paid, 1 cert) to get the bonus?

The visa free night cert will not count towards the megabonus. Only nights paid with a visa will count.
