Marriott ExecuStay - 6 months of points not posting

Marriott ExecuStay - 6 months of points not posting
Every single month I have to contact the Marriott ExecuStay rep to have points and nights posted for my corporate apartment. Official excuse I am given is that "in some situations, points don't post automatically". Anybody else with the same issue?
The only reason I had chosen this accommodation was points, as my colleagues did. Why cannot ExecuStay get this?

hm so u dont get the nights credited, i think i mixed something up
