What email to send to?

Hey all,
I'm currently at the Residence Inn Baltimore, and there was an... "issue" with valet parking, a very serious issue. I want to make sure Marriott Corporate knows about it, so they can either switch companies or something of the like. What email address should I send my complaints to?

I think that the best way to send a letter is the old-fashioned way of writing a letter and mailing it. Emails can get glanced over, but a letter is tangible, and would be taken more seriously.

I would write a letter to the GM of the property you're staying at, and CC it to Marriott Guest Services (look up the address online at Marriott's website).

I am sure they would want to know what went on! Hope everything is okay.

Thank you! It could have been a big problem, they put our car in a completely unsecured surface lot in downtown Baltimore, which we could see from our room. My new car, when it's locked, the mirrors fold in, they weren't folded in, and it was unlocked. That could have been a major problem.
