Erin Andrews sues Marriott & Radisson
"Not only did the hotels confirm that Ms. Andrews was intending to register as a guest, but they also released, without Ms. Andrews' consent, her room number. The hotels then provided Michael David Barrett a hotel room immediately adjacent to hers," the statement from law firm Greene, Broilett & Wheeler said.

If true, they'd better get ready to write a big check.

Smoking hot blond all over the all over the ESPN star game home run derby Monday night. At first she sort of retired to protect her privacy but came storming back to dance. A jerkoff put some sort of reverse peep hole lens camera against her door one morning while naked for 6 straight minutes and put it on the internet and the guy confessed. It could have happened to any of us if a stalker cared about my fat a**. Of course, he got a slap, the hotel chain will pay and we'll pay the price somehow...

Hotels provided confidential information to some nobody, that led to a felony occurring, that could clearly be foreseen (almost all hotels have policies forbidding this for known reasons). This fails the reasonable person test in a huge way. Negligence seems a given in this case and the defendant is an amiable hot chick. These hotels are toast. My guess, this will NEVER see a courtroom and the "big check" is a massive understatement. The settlement is going to be humongous!

Very good point. The facts are not certain, but seem to be reported from many sources as such. Unfortunately in civil trials, the facts are often not what's important, but what the Jury wants to believe.
