Airline or other program that allows direct transfer ...
Is there an Airline or other reward program that allows direct transfer of say Air miles to Marriott or a redemption for a Marriott stay?

I don't think so. Not for Marriott points. You can, however, use points for hotel stays (not for Marriott points, but for stays) with Amex MR, Delta (their new marketplace), American Airlines (or at least you used to, my sister did once or twice), probably others?
