1000 orphaned MR points

1000 orphaned MR points
I am not sure how this happened. We stayed at the Marriott Cologne a couple weeks ago on a Priceline stay. My MR account is direct deposit to US Dividend Miles. I can see that around 100 miles (from having breakfast there) did indeed deposit to my US account but when I just looked in the MR account, there are still 1000 points there that didn't transfer to US. How did this happen? What can I do with just 1000 points? It isn't enough to do a transfer, they want 10,000 points minimum to transfer to US.

You could always try calling MR, and see if they'll do a manual sweep?
