Currently staying here and i have a new favorite hotel in Dhaka now. What stands out for me is the service at this property that surpasses your expectations. The rooms are clean and well maintained as you would expect with a Westin

- Smooth check in process. Elite recognition is excellent with a suite upgrade and 4 PM checkout added without me having to ask.
- Executive Suite: Spacious and comfortable living room and bedroom with an en-suite large bathroom. Amenities were adequate. Would have preferred a coffee machine in the room rather than the current hot water setup
- Food: Opted for in-room dining which was quite good both times. Nice selection of multi cuisine options. Breakfast was a good selection of Asian, Indian, continental etc and was a spacious dining room. I thought the Lounge (Westin Club) was a bit small for the size of this hotel but didnt feel crowded when i was there.
- Transport: Opted for airport pickup as well as a full day booking for my work. The chauffeurs were courteous, flexible and knew their way around Dhaka. Clean and comfortable cars. Very professional
- I have a late night flight and called reception to check if i can get a paid extension till 10 PM. I was told it would be a full day charge beyond 6 PM and half day charge until 6 PM. Fair enough and didnt opt for it. I got a call back after a few minutes offering me a complimentary extension until 6 PM. They really need not have done that - went beyond regular service.

- There was only one issue pre-arrival when i contacted them over the app for airport pickup. They couldnt find my reservation although i was able to check in online. They did send me a duplicate reservation over email confirming my stay but i felt a bit jittery one day before arrival. Had absolutely no issues once i arrived though

Overall, i wouldnt look elsewhere next time i am here
