The Residence Inn Silicon Valley II (on Stewart Dr in Sunnyvale CA) counts. The property has been around forever (I've had stays as far back as the late 80s) yet fairly well maintained.

Just stayed ar the RI San Jose Campbell. Like a trip in the wayback machine. Well maintained, but I'm no longer a fan of hauling my bag upstairs.

Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle South/Tukwila - stayed there about a year ago. It was a bit hit and miss, had a nice nostalgic feeling (they called themselves a RI heritage or founder property) and large room. However, service was dismal and the gym was in a broom cupboard with truly heritage equipment. However, location is great.

The Residence Inn Kalamazoo/East is like this. On one hand, I'd say it's a dump, and that would be accurate, but they seem to be willing to upgrade elite members to some pretty massive rooms. I think it was like 10K points, so I guess it's a good value. It's basically what I expected for a RI in Kalamazoo.
