Just checked travel booked direct and through my company's travel portal. All trips show up correct and are fully functional in both the iphone app and the website.

I have the exact same problem on the iPhone app with a reservation made this week directly on marriott.com via topcashback.
It will let me check in for my stay beginning tomorrow but will not give me access to the usual request for late check out and instead I've got this "Thank you for being a Titanium elite member... blah blah... you may not receive your benefits on this stay..." message. I've initiated a chat with the hotel to confirm that my reservation is normal on their system. It appears normal on the web site. |

Looks like it was a glitch after all. I did not update my app but it is fixed and I now can fully modify and view details for all of my reservations

Anyone having issues updating the app with the latest release?
I’m in an iPhone and the update just keeps spinning and not installing. When I go into the app my stays for this year are showing as zero. Logging out and deleting and reinstalling the app doesn’t help. |

One issue that has existed for a while for me is that when a stay posts the different fields update at different times (it's always been like this on the Bonvoy app) and while this process takes place - takes about 6-12 hours to get everything in sync - the Nights This Year information is zero - not even the previous count. Your data issue could be this. If so, leave it a bit and check again. |
The count of total stays has corrected it self now.

I am using the latest version 10.28.0 of the Marriott Bonvoy app. All going well, until I mistakenly hit the "sign out" button. Now, I cannot sign in again.
At the sign in screen, I am prompted to enter my member number or email address, and then the password. After hitting "Sign In", the app does not sign in. It just goes back to the Sign in screen again. The app is endlessly looping like this, and I cannot successfully sign in. I am sure that my username/email and password have been entered correctly. I have removed and uninstalled the app, then downloaded it again from the App Store. Still with this same issue. Anyone have this same experience and can give some advice? |
I recently switched back to Iphone and have no option on the latest Marriott App to modify my room dates
