Never mind. They are on the Lexus Level at Madison Square Garden which is above the 100 level. The old one was the event level which was a great view and nice catering. Trying to figure out if the view is decent.

I just purchased for one of the concerts in Feb. The suite is LS 26 which for concerts isn't the greatest. Other end of the arena. This would be good for hockey game to be lower level and slightly next to net on goal line but for concerts, you would basically be watching the large TV screen. Hoping the food is good since it's private suite and not large buffet like the event suites had. Plus, the event only mentions Pepsi products so I presume no alcohol. Will let everyone know how it goes after the event.

Wondering if you received your tickets and when. I have an event next week at MSG. Still no tickets, I have details they would be sent but have not received tickets yet. Thanks!

No tickets, no update from the lurker.
The original suggest email receives an automated reply stating the mailbox is not monitored.
The champion email address did reply but are awaiting further information and just said check your junk.
The contact for the moment is out of the office.
Honestly no idea what to do. Extremely stressful and frustrating. We came to NYC for this event and Marriott have been nothing but useless.
I really do not know what to do.

Absolutely nothing, this is getting beyond a joke now!
I had an update from the Champions email address stating theyve asked the contact to reach out to us. This is the same day of event contact (Hunter) that I reached out to and havent had a reply.
So with just over 24 hours to do, we have absolutely nothing. Honestly this is a rather frustrating situation to be in and it seems Marriott (strangely) can do nothing to (or are refusing) to help.
I was looking forward to this event but instead Im as anxious as ever.

Any update? Perhaps you missed the email
I received an email from Madison Square Garden 4 days prior with my tickets so was in the 3-6 day window they had said when I got the moment. I then had to accept them in the tickertmaster or MSG app since they are digital tickets.

Bidding on Multiple Packages
Hello FT Team,
What happens if I bid on multiple packages and am successful in more than one? Trying to maximize my chance of a successful bid on an upcoming event, and there are a myriad of packages available. Assuming I can't just win "one" if both bids are accepted? Will it even let me bid on more than one within the same event?
Cheers!
