Missing 4ecerts
I booked a trip to the Westin for 2/7 thru 2/14. Originally I booked on points and 4 35k ecerts. I booked at 40k a night, and then the rate dropped to 30k. I rebooked and saved 20k as I bought a night on my AMEX platinum. I then bought 2 nights on my Citi Prestige, leaving just the 4ecerts in place. I looked on Jan. 28, and the ecerts had vanished, and Marriott had deducted 150k in points from my account-which is wrong-it would be 120k as the price had dropped. The hotel tried to sort it out and couldn't. They tried to call Marriott and were unable to reach anyone. Is there anyone I can email? I'm in Mexico and my phone doesn't work here.
