Leaving a review on Marriott website when you don't receive a survey
Is there any way to leave a review for a Marriott hotel on their website when you don't receive a survey. We had a so so stay at Sheraton Mar del Plata, Argentina. Many problems with hotel and not handled very well by the manager. I wanted to leave a detail review of the problems (and the pluses), but couldn't figure out if it was possible without a link from a survey. And are the surveys sent randomly?
