Accessing Choice Benefit?
I've requalified as a Tit (sorry, between the name and the mixed reaction on my complaint about Baltimore I couldn't resist) but I can't quite trace how to select my Choice Benefit(s). Am I missing a painfully obvious link or something?

I was on my phone when I replied earlier. Presumably, you've found the thread now, but if you haven't, here it is.

I did, but thanks for the link. It was way down in my search.
I'll say that it is annoying to effectively have to follow a link on here to deal with this.
And...sigh. I'll use the Titanium one for a "get out of jail free card". Platinum is...trickier since I don't need the five nights this year.

a) Followed the link in the email you received that announced you've reached the milestone .
OR
b) Followed the link in your online account, under "Overview".
If you have reached both milestones but haven't chosen the first, the below is still there, but you can choose both

So, I see what went haywire in my search: I went under "Overview"-->"See Your Benefits" but I clicked on where it listed the "Additional Choice Benefit" under the benefits list and all I saw was the "Click on Terms and Conditions" hyperlink (which functionally went nowhere useful for actually redeeming the benefit(s)). Yay for miscues.
Also, I didn't see a Choice Benefit email from Marriott since I crossed the threshold...but after a deep dive into my email archives, it looks like I was sent one in error back in April (shortly before I crossed the 50-night threshold; I only hit 75 nights two weeks ago), so it probably flagged as having been already sent even though that one was sent wrongly...so that one is on Marriott.
