Maison Couturier, Design Hotel - San Rafael, Mexico [Master Thread]
Cat 4. Hotel website:
https://www.marriott.com/hotels/trav...design-hotels/
"Built by French immigrants in the 19th century, Maison Couturier is an agricultural estate in the tropics of Veracruz, Mexico. Based on family traditions handed down through generations, the resort preserves the heritage of its French founders in this secluded tropical enclave. It is a place where visitors can breathe in the fresh scent of nature and drink of the refreshing waters of history preserved. Guests choose between eight bungalows and the landowner's suite, where they can enjoy massages, private terraces and hammocks, and all of the amenities of contemporary living. The restaurant draws on the best of the French bucolic culinary tradition, offering its guest ‘fait maison’. Guests are also invited to partake in an excursion to the region's secret archaeological sites. When the best of the Mexican and French traditions are combined with contemporary luxury, the result is pure, natural bliss…and that is what Maison Couturier provides."
