Another Billing Problem - Sheraton

Stayed at a Sheraton last week. Billing all sorted with the folio emailed on my day of departure.

I'm doing my expense report a few days on and find three additional charges on my company card for $2, $5.02, and $10.48. Three small numbers just like taxes on my room ... ... but those only work for a rate like half what I paid. I called the hotel, but got a recorded line asking me to leave a message so they can get back to me in 24-48h.

Absolutely absurd that I have to chase a hotel to get them to explain charges that aren't on my bill. Feeling like I should just log on to my card website instead....
