It seems the new transfers are going through and it is the pre-merger last minute transfers from SPG that are missing. If we need the miles credited to an airline by a certain date (in my case AC), how long before the deadline should we ask you to fix it for us manually?

However, based on what I have been told and my direct experience I would encourage everyone to hold off on ANY transfers for now unless you perform a successful "test" that confirms, for you at least, the transfer mechanism works. The rep was very nice and agreed to email me everyday with investigation status until the problem is resolved. I missed UAL's point sale (won't purchase top off points until I can confirm that the transfer has occurred and I can actually secure the seats I covet). Very sad as this trip is to celebrate our 30th anniversary and we want to do it in style. At this point I really envy those with deep enough pockets to purchase business/first tickets they seek and be done with this crazy points game.
