My points from my dine in back on 30th Jan finally posted. But seems that they only awarded me base points without the elite bonus. (10,000 instead of 17,500)
Is this expected? |

Is this expected? 2.1.b.ii.C "Elite bonus Points will not be awarded on charges incurred by the Member without a stay in a guest room under Section 2.1.b(ii)." |

Can that stay be at any property in the system, as long as it's during the dining period, then be eligible to get elite bonus points?

So, if I'm in SAN staying at the 4PTS Little Italy from Friday to Sunday, and Saturday night have dinner at the US Grant, I won't get elite extra points for the USG meal? I'm being all FT and pedantic here, but "a stay in a guest room" doesn't specify which (Bonvoy) "guest room" :D

Sometimes, logic needs to prevail. |

Thank you very much for your kind and prompt reply.

So this weekend I'd eaten at a Westin, but not stayed there. I'd tried to get the dining points credit, but neither the waiter nor the Maitre'D were "able" to find the necessary form. I still have both the itemized bill and charge receipt; can those be used to get credit to my Bonvoy account?

Has there been a change to the program?
I'm still seeing the points earning language in the T&C, but when I called to enquire about missing points a Marriott CSR informed me that on-site dining is no longer eligible for points earning? |
