Form is done correctly, have had it continuously renewed every two months for several years now.
Just wondering if they ask for associate ID for this deeper discounted MMP rate or if having a valid MMP form will be sufficient to pass muster with the front desk and night audit.

What’s your eligibility for the MMP rate? Are you an associate or an immediate family member? If you’re not an associate, then that special rate does not appear to apply to you (unless the rate details explicitly state otherwise) as it seems to be applicable only to Marriott associates employed in the greater china region (maybe the rate details clarify that it for ALL associates staying at hotels located in that region?).
Still, if you want to book it, it’s AYOR.

I don't know why you say where you work has no bearing, when the rate details says that where you work does have bearing. Also note that this rate does not contain the "Available to spouses, domestic partners, parents, parents in-law, brothers, sisters and children of Marriott associates for personal travel only (1 room/night)." wording of the normal Explore rate.

What fields display when the hotel verifies the form in the backend system?
My friend sent an MMF form but used my nickname (Western name) instead of legal given first name (Asian) on my ID. The last name matches but legal name is on my ID, Credit Card and Bonvoy profile - will that be an issue?

Hotels that never load MMP/MM4 rates
I’ve had the Explore form regularly renewing for 2.5 years now. Have traveled the world since. I have come across one hotel in this time in a location I regularly visit (Medellin CO), where a local Four Points has not once ever loaded MMP rates in their system. It is puzzling to me and I want to know if there is anyway to get Marriott to help them “fix” this issue?
The other three Bonvoy properties (a full service Marriott, a Fairfield and a City Express) offer MMP/MM4 rates all the time, and most of the time (I assume it is very much occupancy driven).
But what can be done about this one Four Points? Anyone at Marriott who oversees this and can lean in?
