My friend sent an MMF form but used my nickname (Western name) instead of legal given first name (Asian) on my ID. The last name matches but legal name is on my ID, Credit Card and Bonvoy profile - will that be an issue?
I'd ask the friend to fix your name on the form if I were you just to be safe as they'll ask for ID.
