Spent two night's last year in this hotel and air was really thin (10000ft; 3100mt):

quito marriott tour operators
Looking into going to Galapagos Islands next winter. Plan on staying either in Quito or Guayquail (lousy speller) and then flying to islands. On the JW Marriott website they list Metropolitan tours as an operator to the Galapagos. I have looked at their website and tripadvisor but just wondering if anyone had used them in the past as the reviews for the most part are good but....
