Up until December, it was within one day for me. My January points did not post until 3 days before my February statement closing. My Feb points have still not posted. I imagine this will be the new norm for me as I have read similar stories elsewhere.

Anyone have both the Canadian and US cards and did they receive 30 nights towards status (15 x 2) or just 15?

I just got the business card and 15 nights arrived. When does the free night cert arrive though? Do I need to wait a year or will it come earlier?

Is the card worth having for the cat 5 cert, if I don’t have any plans for the cert yet? We wasted a couple cat 1-3 cert before with the chase Marriott.

You won't even get the cert until after you've held the card a year. The sign up bonus is 60-61K depending on if a referral is used.

I think cat 5 certs are very useful. I redeemed both of mine at NYC properties, one of which was $369 and the other $450 if memory serves me correctly.

Cat 5 is reasonable, 35k points can get you a decent property in most major cities (Delta, Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, etc.)

i am in the same boat ... anniversary in april ... just signed up for the biz bonvoy ... may sign up for a second personal bonvoy to see if repeat wb is possible ...

Anyone know if you get 15 days for each SPG Amex card you hold, on the same loyalty account?
