The Pathward MCs purchased from Kroger have been working for me lately at Kroger. I only do $479 after buying something for $20. On the other hand, the Pathward Visas purchased from Kroger have been declining as credit cards as of today for me. I was using these a month ago and they worked. The MCs have a chip looking thing on the back of the card that says debit. I have changed the pin on the Visa and will try one more time. If anyone has a work-around this Visa, expound on it please.

As long as the issuer is Incomm, there are no issues.

Incomm is a processor just like BHN.
Pathward and Sutton are issuers; they're banks.

Unfortunately, it is BHN. The Visas were working and now they do not. The bright side is the Kroger BHN Mastercards are still working for now.

Hmmm... Kroger Pathward MC with BIN 5113 32 not working at Walmart at Finance Center counter for me. No matter what $ I select. Are they working for anybody else here?

They work at Kroger. I do $479. They might do $499. I bought MO today at Kroger. Has anyone done $499 at Kroger?

I did a $498 yesterday at Kroger with Vanilla serviced by Incomm. With fees it came out to 491.10 and that worked just fine.

DP: Maybe I didn't read well enough.... most likely. I tried VGC issued by Pathward and it wouldn't go through at WU MO at Albertsons. Any idea for WM? Was going to go there next... but maybe I'll just bite this one and use it for normal spend *cries*. Any other way still available to liquidate?

The Pathward/Incomms work at Walmart. The Pathwards/BHNs do not. I buy mine at Kroger with my Amex Gold. They sell Pathward Visas and Pathward Mastercards. The Visas stopped working at Kroger. The Mastercards are still working at Kroger.

This is great info. How do you identify what cards are Incomm and what are BHN? Based on designs/BINs?
