It's pretty high. I think I paid a bit under $4K, got a refund in December, and the interest added was $80 more or less. I still wouldn't do it on purpose.

I dunno - if it is legal, and there is a profit to be had, it might be worth it. Beats leaving money in the bank and letting the moths eat it. Of course, if China stops buying our government wallpaper, things might get more INTERESTing.
