anyone know?
What the initial zip code are for prepaid cards?
My metabank visa debit managed by giftcardmall cant be accepted online.
I know I can call and register it with my zip, but would rather just enter the stock zip instead of dealing with giftcard mall.
Most online transactions ask for card#, exp date, security code, and zip
If anyone has an idea if they are registered to the banks corporate offices, the place where the cards are manufactured, the zip of giftcardmall, or if they are blank and unusable until registered...let me know, I'm interested.

I don't think there is a stock ZIP code. Unless you're using it for something illegal, just put in your home address and ZIP code; one identified card won't raise any red flags.
If you are using it for something illegal, just pick an "alternative" address/ZIP

no, nothing shady, just spending a few bucks on facebook games. Some of the rebate cards or prepaid debits will take with my zip, some won't. It is mainly a time issue. I don't like having to call and register every $20 rebate card or PPD, expecially with GCM, whose online registration never works and I have to waste more time calling to register.....I can see why they don't want this to be public knowledge, because 3 out of 4 things needed for online processing are included on the card, but the info would be helpful to lazy online shoppers like me.
