If you can't help a fellow mser why bother posting? All you old timers can go take a leap.
You can also use the movie gc to invest in hollywood blockbusters-oh, sorry, I meant you can use it at blockbuster.

How can I liquidate a Movies Everywhere card?

Transactions were declined at grocery store (Safeway) ebay fees, AMC website (gift card purchase) Fandango website (gift card purchase).

I was able to use mine at Walmart.com. Bought a Walmart GC to use for other stuff. Not for MS, but an exit strategy. To the other poster's point, I have posted this at least two other times in another thread.

So I guess you can use it at walmart.com.....

Hea, but Hamokmoney wanted you to know that fact. Good luck at liquidating the Movies everywhere. Hopefully you didn't invest too heavily in this gc.

Your post makes no sense. If you meant that hamokmonky didn't want you to know that fact, that is not true. I knew about the issues and that they didn't work anywhere ms related, so I never bought one and needed to find a way out, hence I didn't know they could be used at walmart.com because walmart.com is not a viable arena for literal cashing out. Plus the movie cards are only up to 100 so theres no point in me buying them when I have access to 200s. Try again.

Folks, a number of snark posts have been deleted and so will remind everyone that rather than derailing a whole thread to settle some perceived personal issue with another poster is contrary to FT Rules as noted here and the proper procedure is to report the post to a forum moderator who will review and edit or delete posts if necessary.

Members are also reminded that snark posts are not permitted by FT Rules as noted here so refrain from posting at all if you cannot add anything pertinent to the topic at hand.

Posters unable to follow FT Rules may lose their ability to post on FT altogether so please take this polite advise as a warning.

PSA: DE/GE/SE cards are still 'drainable' at WM supercenters and/or WMNM. Lots of DP reports they do NOT work at small, regular WMs (some states still have them).

Continue to stay away from Movies/Fuel everywhere cards for MS purposes.

If SE means "Style Everywhere", then these cards do work at all Walmarts, from the small "gehtto"* WM to the supercenters. I have been using them all this week and have had no problem converting them at WM. The GE card appears to be limited to WM Supercenters as this card did not work at my "ghetto" WM.

* My wife has labeled the limited stock WM (no real grocery section) as a "ghetto" store. No other pejorative connotation should be taken from the terminology. ;)

Can confirm, I used 2 of the DE cards at a WMSC this morning to buy MO. It was among all that was left yesterday at OD when I got there.

I like GE more than SE/DE. Worst case, use GE to buy groceries.

SE works at Costco, at least in-store.

Entertainment Everywhere. It has the picture of a Ferris Wheel on the package. Not every store carries these.
