I don't remember having to sign in on the last one to claim it. You simply went, bought a couple gift cards, and it would print after. This appears to be an instant discount, but maybe i'm wrong. I'll be going after work and guess i'll find out.

This is a different deal. Last deal was a Catalina and this is a digital coupon that takes $5.00 before you pay. You are correct, the previous Catalina deal for most people printed out a $5.00 Kroger coupon for your next trip when buying just one gift card.

This deal will take off $5 before you pay if you have the coupon loaded as long as you buy 2 visa/mc gc's. Example: I bought 2 variable gc's for $500 each with a $5.95 fee on each one which normally comes to $1011.90. After scanning my Kroger card with the coupon on it, it brought the total down to $1006.90.

The terms say "Limit one coupon per transaction per day" which sounds like it can be used again in another transaction, possibly the next day.
