I made 6 diff orders for a 100 visa gift card with the 20 off each time. I used diff emails and guest accounts for 5 of the orders...I will let you know if I get banned.

I think the trick is to space out the orders (i.e. order 2 every few hours or so). It's easy to catch if you place a bunch of orders at the same time.

I was also charged sales tax on my two orders. It was the percentage for my shipping address county. I just looked up the tax laws in MN and it says:

I have not gotten anything yet. But it has only been about nine hours for me. Online it says that it takes about one business day for the code.
