So what's the longest you've had to wait for Cardpool to receive your card and pay out? I sent in a Staples card (rebate) on the 24th and they still haven't acknowledged receipt. I've emailed a couple of times and I keep getting the same response:

In the unlikely event that the mail has been lost, we can provide you with the gift card information you entered into our system, so you can request that the merchant cancel and reissue a new gift card. Or you can recover the card value by redeeming it online on the merchant's website. Tomorrow is 3 weeks which seems like an excessive amount of time even if they have heavy post-holiday volume. We're a month and half past the holidays at this point.... |

I used their prepaid label and I stupidly did not record the information on the card before I sent it. I sure hope I typed it into their website right in case I need to get the info from them.... Tomorrow is 3 weeks which seems like an excessive amount of time even if they have heavy post-holiday volume. We're a month and half past the holidays at this point.... |
I'm waiting on an order as of 2/5 that I shipped out 2/6; however, I've received the check within 3 business days when I give them the GC electronically... So frustrating. They definitely make you want to take less of a pay-out and just do it online!

Well wouldn't ya know it, I got an email today saying the have processed my card and sent out my check. Mailed on 1/24, processed on 2/13....

tried to sell them two nordstrom gc's at $75 each but got denied. they called to confirm and i called them back to verify. I just received an email that they will be sending my cards back with no reason. what gives?

Have you guys tried giftcards.com instead? I just recently switched with a Bloomingdales GC that I purchased for the AMEXSYNC deal and I received more cash back than CP, AND I didn't have to mail in the physical gift card!!

Not happy with CardPool
I did Bloomingdale's with giftcards.com with the online submittal. Confirmed and check issued 2/24... still haven't received it. Until I have the cash in my hand, I'm not using them for my other Bloomies cards. Cardpool on the other hand has had an excellent turnaround time.

Anyone know if portals pay out on GC purchases from Bloomingdales? Seeing fails reported in the lab on AA, Delta, and UR but curious about Extrabux, uPromise, Discover, etc.

I sent in 3 packages of cards. Two packages on 1/11, and the third
package on 1/18. I have received a check for the one I sent on the 18th and one of the ones I sent on the 11th but, of course, have not received the largest one of $1,000. There email says that they haven't received it, however I did receive an email confirming the receipt of the order number. Now I am only getting generic emails to my responses and 2 phone messages left have not been returned. What kind of shady operation is this..? |
