Vision prepaid card
I receive many PMs about this card. It is nothing special. You can find information on their website. For paypal funding, my friend got shut down by paypal. It is OK for vision but not OK for paypal. You need to pay at least 7.99 month fee. The best feature of this card is bill pay and transfer money back to your bank account(limit $2500). That's it.

no, it cannot be loaded from CC.

Is this is a overdue/late April Fools?...I looked at this card awhile ago and as Pain says no cc load=no bueno.

It comes with a dongle like square that you can deposit dollar coins into

You can use a CC, if you can find a retailer with green dot or REloadit, that allows you to use a CC to fund it.
