PNC Virtual Wallet Funding

PNC Bank's virtual Wallet says it lets you fund it with a credit card.
Has anyone done this and discovered whether it charges as a cash advance or as a purchase? How about with a Chase card?

Plus get $150 new account bonus until April 1. I was going to do it just for the $150, but if I can get a bonus 2000 miles, that's even better.

I just contacted PNC and was advised that the minimum deposit is $25 but the max deposit via credit card is only $100 and the transaction would be processed as a cash advance.. Bummer

but the $150 offer could still make it worth it. I didn't see that offer, I'm assuming it was a targeted direct offer you received?

When i did this deal in november of last year, I used my chase ink bold to fund $2000 into the account. Posted as a purchase, got my points, and got the $150 bonus a few months afterwards

When and how much did you fund this account?

A poster earlier mentioned that the load is limited to $100 if paying by CC.

I deposited $2000 with my Chase United card. Haven't received the bill yet, but phone check of the transactions on the Credit card says it is a purchase.
So $150 and 2000 United miles. Cool!

I believe the $150 bonus is still open, though maybe with a diff link. I saw an ad for it on some website over the weekend (but I didn't copy the link or anything).
